Terms of use
Finaliser is a service that turns your material or your idea into a designed presentation. It is run by Samer Feghali ("we"). By creating an account or using Finaliser you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. One person per account.
Presentations and payment
Each new presentation uses one presentation credit. Credits are bought in packs through Lemon Squeezy, which sells them to you on our behalf as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, issues the receipt, and its own buyer terms also apply to the purchase. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax stated at checkout.
Each presentation includes the number of rounds of changes shown in the app, and you may switch it between our house designs at no charge. Credits do not expire while the service runs and cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
If a presentation stops because of a fault on our side before its first deck is made, its credit returns to your account automatically. For anything else, write to us at hello@finaliser.app within 14 days of payment and we will look at it fairly. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Your material and what we make
You keep every right you hold in what you upload: text, files, pictures and logos. You confirm you have the right to use them, including other companies' logos you add as a client or partner.
You give us permission to store and process that material only to make, show and keep your presentations, and to send it to the service providers listed in our privacy notice for that purpose. We do not use your material to advertise, and we do not sell it.
The presentations made for you are yours to use, change and share, including commercially. Their text and pictures are produced with artificial intelligence. Check every fact, figure, name and claim before you present or publish; you are responsible for what you present. Generated pictures may by chance resemble existing works or people; do not use one in a way that suggests a real person endorses you.
Our house designs, the app and its code stay ours. You may use the designs inside the presentations Finaliser makes for you.
Fair use
Do not use Finaliser to make material that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful or sexual involving minors; that infringes someone else's rights; or that impersonates a real person or organisation. Do not try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around its limits. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Sharing
When you turn on a share link, anyone with that link can view the presentation without signing in. Turn the link off at any time from the presentation's page; it stops working at once.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Finaliser available and your presentations safe, but we provide it as it is, without promising it will never be interrupted or make a mistake. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You may stop using Finaliser and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hello@finaliser.app. If we ever close the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice to download your presentations and refund unused credits.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts handle disputes, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
